Días contados (English title: Running Out of Time; literally: Numbered days) is a 1994 Spanish film directed by Imanol Uribe, starring Carmelo Gómez and Ruth Gabriel.
Antonio (Carmelo Gómez) is a member of ETA, planning a terrorist attack in Madrid. He moves into the area under the pretense of being a photographer for the press. Antonio finds himself falling for his neighbor, Charo (Ruth Gabriel), a prostitute with a drug habit who is unaware of Antonio's activities. Matters become complicated as Antonio's identity as a terrorist is made public, and Charo's drug-addicted friend Lisardo (Javier Bardem) becomes an informant for law enforcement.
